Enjoy your holidays... I'll be enjoying mine! Due to extreme need of holiday and rest, I'll be taking a break until January 7, 2008.
My studio's website went (still going) through a relaunch. I'll miss the old sepia coloured site, but it was full to the bursting point. So - bye, old jalopy. Hello, new one.
Florian Satzinger was a student of the legendary Disney, MGM and Hanna-Barbera veteran animator and animation director Ken Southworth, who influenced him greatly. At the present, he is a production designer, character designer and writer ("StarDucks", "Toby Skybuckle - Adventurer By Mistake", "Adrian's Tower", "2Q3 - The Creating Dragons Formula", "The Recalibrated Fantastic Adventures of Huckleberry Finn") at S&H FEATURES. He is and was involved in projects mostly based on his own investigations with his pencils into the unseen realities around us.
Ken Southworth (September 22, 1918 - December 6, 2007) worked for a number of major animation studios, including Walt Disney Studios, Hanna-Barbera, Filmation, Warner Bros., MGM, Walter Lantz and Clokey Productions. His credits includes Disney's Alice In Wonderland, Cinderella and The Legend of Sleepy Hollow as well as Hanna-Barbera's Tom & Jerry and The Flintstones and Walter Lantz' Woody Woodpecker.
Next (6th) installment: The date is not fixed yet! Venue/place of event: Forum Stadtpark arts centre, "Saloon Lounge", 2nd floor (1.Stock), Graz-Steiermark, Austria. Starting at 6:00 p.m. (18:00h) till open end.
