Throwback Thursday Double Pack
Exactly one year ago, Laura and I were hosting a class on character design at Film Academy Baden-Wuerttemberg, Ludwigsburg, Germany. It was like a king's breakfast. Smashing school, great students, good times.
And secondly, here's some throwback reference fun. This is BTW mostly due to my obsession with everything Eustace Tilley, the famous dandy character peering at a butterfly through a monocle, originally drawn by Rea Irvin, the first art director of The New Yorker, for the cover of its first edition in 1925.
