Futurism of the 1960s: Women In Space

Hilarious sexist Lestoil ad from the past's tomorrow, via Diversity is beautiful. This is a great space helmet btw, it reminds me strongly of Andre Courreges', Paco Rabanne's and Pierre Cardin's space age fashion designs in the 1960s.



Apropos women and space, recently, I stumbled across the beautiful original poster art of Fritz Lang's Die Frau im Mond/Woman In The Moon (1929), enjoy:
