This is Barks?

Auction house Dorotheum (Vienna) currently offers an original artwork by Carl Barks, or so they say: DOROTHEUM VIENNA

I say, I have questions. A lot of them.

The "original" is so massively poorly done, that it can't be Barks' work, can it? Besides, the handwriting on it is clearly not Barks' nor is it his signature, I reckon. And it was done 14 years (see box on the image: "23.3|2014|ME") after Barks' passing?

Please find attached the original comic page, 'Christmas Kiss' (1952), juxtaposed against the auction's copy. The comic page is undisputedly produced by Carls Barks, displaying the proper Daisy drawing which definitely was the source material for the auction's piece.
