COAT OF SMILES, parody art of iconic symbols. A duck's hat, a mouse's ears and a smiling yellow button. Three iconic things brought together in one artwork.

Captain Christmas vs Captain Holiday

Long, long ago, I created a superhero - I think it has been the one and only superhero I ever did - going with the name Captain Christmas. I used this character for some edgy season's greetings cards and the like. Today, I would name him Captain Holiday rather than Captain Christmas, I guess. Anyways, this here was the final stage/latest version of the Captain, the previous versions went with a more cartoony/funny style.

The Captain's Paperplane Kit, Mod. X2005

Update 2: This buffer was intended for this year's card. Together with Captain Christmas and some others.

After all, our ideas shifted to another concept... with the Capt'n, but without this birdy. BTW: He carries his entire intellect in his left big toe. So he has to radio his ideas etc. over Bluetoe to his brainhat.

----

Update 1: I'm awfully sorry, I forgot to introduce the plane's design engineer to you:

To get you in pre-mood for Christmas I've a little preezie for you. The Original Captain Christmas Paperplane Kit, for Paperwalker readers only.
Well, to tell the truth, this paperplane kit was part of the S&H season's greetings mailing, Christmas 2005.

Father Christmas

This is Captain Christmas' boss, chief christmas wish officer (CCWO) Father Christmas. I did this design two years ago, during the development of supporting characters for the Captain Christmas project 'Red Snow'.
