For my love of magazine advertisements from the 1960s and 1970s:

Take on Jake

Live from the class: Doing a "take on Jake" with my students, today.

Looney Snow Beasts

For the design of these very snow bears (mascots for an Austrian pure natural snow ski resort) I used for colour reference (like brown tones of the cabins, blue tones of the snow etc.) an old tourism poster from 1937 by Erich von Wunschheim. The colours work so well with these looney beasts.
